Former Himachal Pradesh Chief Minister Virbhadra Singh passed away on July 8. The Congress leader was being treated at Shimla’s IGMC since April 23. IGMC doctor informed that Virbhadra Singh, 87, breathed his last at 3.40am. Virbhadra Singh was a nine-time MLA and five-time member of Parliament. The Congress leader was Himachal Pradesh's chief minister for six terms. Watch the full video for more.
