Gyanvapi Mosque-Kashi Vishwanath temple dispute: Why survey wasn’t completed

- After the settlement of Babri mosque & Ran Janmabhoomi temple land dispute, another controversy is brewing in U.P over the Gyanvapi mosque adjacent to Kashi Vishwanath complex. The Varanasi civil court's order to conduct the survey on the mosque's complex is being opposed by the Mosque's management. The mosque management has not allowed court-appointed panel to complete their survey with protests breaking out on Friday. The counsel for the Mosque management committee has sought the removal of court-appointed panel chief - advocate commissioner Ajai Kumar.
