How a thief made off with Oxygen pipeline from this M.P hospital

- An oxygen pipeline was stolen from district hospital in broad daylight in Shivpuri, Madhya Pradesh. The theft, that took place on Tuesday night, was captured on a CCTV video. The disturbing incident, that put the lives of patients at risk, is the latest in a series of thefts. Watch full video.
