I-Day celebrations: IAF choppers shower petals in Amrit formation at Red Fort

• India witnesses stunning Amrit formation by IAF choppers as the PM unfurls the tricolour. Two Mi-17 1V IAF helicopters showered flower petals at the Red Fort. The petals were showered in the Amrit formation drawing loud applause and cheers from the audience. The IAF'S Mi-17 1V helicopters showered flower petals for the first time in 2021 to mark the 75th independence day celebrations. Continuing the tradition, the choppers shower petals again on the completion of 75 years of independence. IAF's Mi-17 1V helicopters are also part of the government's indigenisation mission.
