- India & China are all set to attend a military drill together amid border tension remains on a knife's edge. Both countries are expected to take part in Vostok (East) 2022 multinational military exercise scheduled to take place in Russia later this month. Troops from the two India and China will be practising military manoeuvres together. While there was no official comment from the Ministry Of External Affairs in New Delhi, both countries have sent troops for such exercises in the past, keeping up with the multilateral commitments to cooperate on defence and security issues. The Chinese defence ministry said the exercise is “unrelated” to the current conditions. The military drill all set to take place in Russia will be closely tracked globally. This will be the first major such exercise to take place after Russia invaded Ukraine. Watch this report to know more.
