India slams Pak anarchism at SCO meet on Afghanistan, proposes 3-point plan

- In a veiled jibe at Pakistan, India's external affairs minister Subrahmanyam Jaishankar said that countries in the region must work 'seriously' and 'sincerely' towards peace in Afghanistan, since there are 'forces at work with a different agenda'. The comments were made at a meeting of the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation Contact Group on Afghanistan, in Tajikistan's Dushanbe. Jaishankar also proposed a 3-point roadmap for normalcy and peace in Afghanistan. Watch the full video for more.
