Indian army develops 'model village' near LAC in Arunachal to counter China

- The Indian army sets up a 'model village' in Arunachal Pradesh near the border with China. Big move after satellite images showed Chinese villages constructed near LAC. The last village of India on the Line Of Actual Control with China, Kaho, falling in the Anjaw district of Arunachal Pradesh has been developed as a ‘model village’ by the army. Locals have expressed gratitude & have even pledged to fight alongside the Indian army if necessary. The 'model village' project comes just a year after Chinese build-up was noticed. Satellite images released by Planet Labs on November 1, 2021 showed how over 100 homes were built by the Chinese authorities near LAC in just a year's time. Watch this report to know more.
