While addressing the party workers in Srinagar, Congress leader Rahul Gandhi demanded the restoration of full statehood for Jammu and Kashmir and the revival of the democratic process of elections. Rahul said when his party was in power, it tried to unite and join the country. Earlier, Rahul visited the Kheer Bhawani temple in J&K’s Ganderbal. He also visited the Hazratbal Dargah shrine on the banks of the dal lake. Rahul had arrived on a two-day visit to Jammu and Kashmir on Monday. Watch the full video for more.
