Mamata Banerjee, the chief minister of West Bengal, was nearly in tears as she addressed the PM Narendra Modi during a virtual event, hours after PM's mother passed away. An emotional Mamata asked the PM to take rest as she expressed her condolences to him over his mother's demise.
