Karnataka home minister invites criticism after his comments on Mysuru gangrape. Home Minister Araga Jnanendra said “the couple should not have gone there”. Congress slammed Jnanendra’s comment. Karnataka Chief Minister Basavaraj Bommai said the incident was unfortunate and his government is taking it very seriously. A girl was raped by five men in Mysuru, as per reports.
