‘Navjot Sidhu missing’: Posters in Amritsar amid Cong's internal fray in Punjab

Posters of Navjot Singh Sidhu missing surfaced from his constituency on June 2. The posters with Sidhu’s photo announced a reward of ₹50,000 for finding him. A local NGO took responsibility for putting up posters of the Punjab Congress MLA from Amritsar East. “Residents of Amritsar here have not seen Sidhu since four and a half years. They made him an MP and then MLA but he has done nothing for us. When he was elected as MP, youngsters had expectations from him,” said an NGO worker. On June 1, Sidhu appeared before an AICC panel in Delhi. The 3-member committee was set up the party to resolve infighting in the Punjab unit. Watch the full video for more.
