Farmer protest: Stage collapses, Rakesh Tikait, others fall during Jind event

• Farmer leader Rakesh Tikait and others fell as a stage collapsed during an event in Haryana's Jind. Tikait was attending a 'mahapanchayat' reportedly called by Kandela Khap president Tek Ram Kandela. A large number of people were seen crowded onstage before the cave-in. Tikait is one of the leaders of the ongoing farmer protest at Delhi's borders. His emotional appeal following the Republic Day violence had renewed the stir. Watch the full video for more.
