'Pak infusing terror in Kashmir': Army lashes out after infiltration bid in J&K

Indian Army has hit out at Pakistan after an infiltration bid was foiled along the Line of Control in Jammu and Kashmir's Kupwara district. One terrorist from Lashkar-e-Taiba was killed in the operation. The Army said that the continued engagements along the Line of Control are "uncanny reminders of efforts by Pakistan to infuse terrorism in Kashmir and disrupt peace and harmony while putting on the facade of ceasefire understanding". It said the youth in Pakistan-occupied Jammu and Kashmir are being used as "cannon fodder by Pakistan state policy from last three decades with a fruitless aim to constantly disrupt progress towards collective peace".
