Pak PM backtracks on talks with India after pleading to Modi

Pakistan Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has backtracked on his comments about talks with India after appealing to PM Narendra Modi for peace between the two nations in an interview with Al Arabiya TV. The Pakistan PMO issued a statement clarifying that there can be no talks with India unless the Modi government reverses the abrogation of Article 370 in Jammu and Kashmir, which gave special status to the union territory. Sharif had said in the interview that Pakistan had learnt its lesson after three wars with India. Watch this video for his full interview.
