'PM Modi sent fighter jets....': How Balakot continues to haunt Pakistan

Pakistan's deputy foreign minister Hina Rabbani Khar has said that Islamabad cannot engage with a 'changed' India under Prime Minister Narendra Modi, whose government she said is different from previous Manmohan Singh-led 'secular' UPA dispensation. Khar referred to 2019 Balakot air strikes, saying Modi has sent several messages to Pakistan, and the air attack inside Pakistan was one such 'unprecedented' event. On Kashmir, the Pakistani deputy foreign minister sought the reversal of August 5, 2019 decisions when New Delhi stripped the erstwhile J&K state of its special status. Watch the video for more.
