Presidential polls: Yashwant Sinha dials PM Modi to seek support for his bid

• Opposition candidate for the Presidential post, Yashwant Sinha, has dialed Prime Minister Narendra Modi to seek support for July 18 polls. He also reached out to Defence Minister Rajnath Singh and BJP veteran Lal Krishna Advani ahead of the Presidential polls. This comes after NDA's Presidential candidate Droupadi Murmu filed nomination papers in presence of PM Modi, Home Minister Amit Shah and top NDA leaders. Sinha meanwhile wrote a letter to opposition parties thanking them for choosing him. He said that if elected, he will perform his constitutional duties without fear. Watch this video to know more.
