Prophet Insult: Stone pelting in Hyderabad as stir against T Raja turns violent

• Late night protests rock Hyderabad as thousands hit the streets against suspended BJP MLA T Raja Singh. Protesters demand immediate arrest of T Raja Singh over his derogatory remarks against Prophet Mohammad in a 10-minute video. The protesters were seen pelting stones & burning effigies of T Raja as demostrationsh turned violent. The police had to lathicharge & detain some of the protesters after tensions intensified in Shah Ali Banda area in old Hyderabad. Massive demonstrations were also held near the iconic Charminar. Meanwhile, Telangana BJP chief Bandi Sanjay has blamed the KCR of violence, saying that the government is plotting tensions in the city of Hyderabad. Watch this report for more.
