Punjab BJP leader's gunman dies as rifle goes off accidentally while cleaning

- A gunman of Punjab BJP spokesperson died as his rifle went off accidentally. The deceased has been identified as Joginder Singh, 50, of Raikot. Incident allegedly took place while Singh was cleaning his AK-47 rifle. Singh, a head constable, was a part of security detail of BJP’s Anil Sareen. He died when his service rifle went off at the leader’s house on Monday morning. Joginder Singh was deputed in the security of Sareen three months ago.
