Punjab: Terror suspects caught on cam planting IED under cop's vehicle

• In a chilling incident, two suspected terrorists were caught planting an IED under the vehicle of a Punjab Police sub-inspector in Amritsar. The bomb was detected by his security and was neutralised well before any untoward incident. Sub-inspector Dilbag Singh said that he was being targeted for his previous role in anti-militancy operations in Punjab. The Police have launched an investigation to nab the accused.
