'Reopen Charminar for Namaz' demand by Cong leader; BJP calls it illegal

• After Taj Mahal and Qutub Minar, a fresh controversy is now brewing surrounding Hyderabad's famous Charminar. This is after Congress leader Rashed Khan has demanded to reopen the mosque inside the historic monument. He also launched a signature campaign as well as sign a petition to garner support for the reopening of the mosque. BJP has meanwhile called it an attempt to create communal hatred in Hyderabad.
