RPG blast hits Punjab Police's intel headquarters in Mohali; Probe underway

In a sensational security incident, a blast caused by an RPG hit Punjab police headquarters in Mohali. The incident occurred on Monday evening and caused minor damage inside the intel building. There was however no loss of life or injury to anyone in the blast that has sent alarm bells ringing in Punjab. An exploded RPG shell was found lying inside the building of police intel headquarters after the blast. Senior Punjab police officials rushed to the spot to ascertain the facts and the area was cordoned off. Forensic teams were also rushed to the spot to investigate the nature of the blast.
