Ruckus in Bengal Assembly; BJP alleges rigging in civic polls, blocks Guv speech

• High drama erupted in West Bengal Assembly on the first day of the budget session on Monday. BJP MLAs led by LoP and Mamata Banerjee's arch-rival, Suvendu Adhikari, created a massive ruckus inside the house, accusing the ruling TMC of violence & rigging in recently concluded civic polls. BJP MLAs blocked Dhankar from addressing the house. Miffed by the ruckus, Dhankar hit out at BJP MLAs for the ruckus. He tabled his inaugural address at the request of Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee.
