The Bombay High Court Chief Justice blamed the internet for the bone-chilling murder of Shraddha Walker. Justice Dipankar Datta said such cases represent the flip side of access to materials on the internet. Datta, speaking at a seminar, emphasised the importance of future legislation to address such situations. Shraddha's body parts were dumped in the Chhatarpur forest of Delhi by her live-in partner Aaftab Poonawalla in May of this year.
