The Taliban leadership wrote a letter to the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) and urged for resumption of commercial flights to Kabul from India. The letter is under review by Ministry of Civil Aviation (MoCA), as per news agency ANI. India had stopped all commercial flights after August 15 when the Taliban took over Kabul. Last week, the Taliban also urged airlines from other countries to resume flights operations. In its efforts to open Afghanistan, Taliban said it ‘assures all airlines of its full cooperation’.
