The time to act is now: Climate scientists

Peter Kalmus, 47, works at NASA’s Jet Propulsion Laboratory in California. Anne Sophie Daloz is a climate modeller at the CICERO Center for International Climate Research in Oslo, Norway, and has studied a range of climate crisis-related themes, including the effects of climate change on tropical cyclones, snowfall and clouds, and farmer perceptions of climate change in the Himalayas. Both are passionate about communicating to the public the nature of the climate emergency, and what we can do about it. Here they are, on the things that scare them, and what needs to be done, now.
