A day after meeting with the G-23 leaders, senior Congress leader Ghulam Nabi Azad met with Congress President Sonia Gandhi at her residence in the national capital. Ghulam Nabi Azad reiterated the Congress’ faith in the leadership of Gandhis and pitched for a unified fight in the upcoming elections. “I gave some proposals. How to prepare for the upcoming election, how the Congress can put up a united fight. We will face some national parties as well as some regional parties in the coming polls.
