Two drones fly near Ambala air base, home to Rafale jets; FIR filed

- Two drones were spotted flying near the Indian Air Force's Ambala air base. These suspicious drones were spotted in the area on August 13 and 15. The incident has come to light at a time when flying drones continues to remain prohibited near the Ambala air base as per the air force guidelines. The drones which were seen flying over the crucial air base were quadcopter which are bigger in size and are capable of payload delivery. The Ambala Air Force Station is a premier base and has been placed in the highly-sensitive category of security in terms of risk factor. The IAF air base is home to the mighty Rafale jets that were inducted in August 2020. Watch this report to know more.
