UP police arrests 3 sharp shooters after gunfire on the streets of Lucknow

• UP police has arrested three shooters involved in the railway contractor Virendra Thakur's murder case. The encounter took place in the Lucknow Cantonment area. The shooters have been identified as Kashif, Munna and Mohammed Faizal. Police shot them in their legs to prevent them from running away. Last week, prime accused and history-sheeter Bittu Jaiswal was arrested after an encounter on Dilkusha-Pipraghat road. On June 25, Virendra Thakur was shot dead at point-blank range in his house.
