- Hours after Varun Gandhi shared a video on the Lakhimpur Kheri violence demanding accountability, the BJP Mp and his mother Maneka Gandhi were dropped from BJP’s 80 member national executive committee list. The list was released by party president JP Nadda. Varun had tweeted a video allegedly of the Lakhimpur Kheri incident demanding justice for the victims. Sharing a 37-second video, the BJP MP from Pilibhit constituency in Uttar Pradesh said, "The video is crystal clear. Protestors can't be silenced through murder. There has to be accountability for innocent blood of farmers that has been spilled and justice must be delivered before a message of arrogance and cruelty enters the minds of every farmer.” Watch the full video for more details.
