Watch: Rain lashes parts of Mumbai, Thane; waterlogging in several areas

• Moderate to intense spells of rains continue to lash parts of Mumbai & Thane. Waterlogging in several parts of the city threw traffic movement out of gear. Parts of Navi Mumbai have been witnessing light rains since Tuesday morning. IMD has issued an yellow alert indicating heavy rains till June 17 in Mumbai. This year the onset of monsoon was declared on June 9, two days before its official date. Tuesday's IMD bulletin predicted heavy rainfall at isolated places over Maharashtra. Meanwhile, IMD also predicted moderate rains over parts of Delhi, Haryana, Rajasthan.
