Amid the Covid-19 pandemic, India has a new Union health minister. Harsh Vardhan has been replaced by Mansukh Mandaviya. A day after the swearing-in ceremony, the new minister took charge. He is an MA in Political Science from Bhavnagar University. Prime Minister Narendra Modi also changed the MoS, Health, with Bharati Pawar replacing Ashwini Choubey.
