Mexican President Claudia Sheinbaum cites Mexico’s Estrada Doctrine and the UN Charter to condemn the U.S. military intervention in Venezuela, stressing that Mexico opposes foreign interference and supports only peaceful, UN‑based solutions, while emphasizing that security cooperation with Washington must remain one of “collaboration and coordination, but not subordination,” and saying Mexico will review its ties with Caracas within its constitutional and diplomatic framework.
