Amid a spike in Ukrainian drone attacks on Russian oil facilities, Vladimir Putin's forces announced destruction of a "manufacturing facility of heavy unmanned aerial vehicles" in Zaporizhzhia. While announcing the surgical strike, Moscow referred to the spate of Ukrainian attacks on oil and energy infrastructure in Russia.
