Putin Updates Russia's Most Wanted List: International Criminal Court Judge Added For Arrest Warrant

Weeks after placing Russia International Criminal Court on its wanted list, Russia has issued an arrest warrant for an ICC judge. In March, Judge Sergio Gerardo Godinez had issued a warrant for President Vladimir Putin on war crimes charges.
