‘Rare’ satellite image spots China’s ‘hunter-killer’ nuclear submarine | Report

Has China built a new nuclear submarine? As per Reuters report, a vessel has been spotted in a rare and recent satellite image. In the image that is going viral, the Chinese submarine can be seen in a dry dock in Huludao Port in Liaoning province between April 26-May 4. As per military analysts, it could be a new or upgraded class of nuclear-powered attack submarine. Singapore-based security scholar Collin Koh said there was a great deal of interest in the prospect of a new class of Chinese Type 093 "hunter-killer" submarine with vertical launch tubes for guided missiles.
