REPORT: Russian mercenaries moved to Ukraine; Putin blames US for war situation

Accusing the West of deliberately creating a scenario designed to lure it into war, Putin claimed that Russia's security concerns over Ukraine were being ignored. Interestingly, Putin's remarks come at a time when reports suggest that his private army - Wagner has pulled out its troops from Africa and are being sent to Ukraine's border.
