CWG payments to Australian companies to be settled: Krishna

The Commonwealth Games may have ended but the financial irregularities continue to haunt the Indian government. Amidst reports that the Australian companies are preparing to sue Common wealth games Organising Committee for alleged non payment of dues, Australian Foreign Minister Kevin Rudd took up the issue with his Indian counterpart S. M. Krishna during their bilateral talks today in Melbourne and the latter promised to deal with the issue on his return to New Delhi.
