Football to witness new beginning soon: Praful Patel

All India Football Federation (AIFF) President and Minister of Heavy Industries and Public Enterprises, Praful Patel, on Sunday, said playing football in our country is at the threshold of the new beginning. Speaking to mediapersons in Kolkata, Patel added that this is the time when we have to plan something big for the future of the game in the country. AIFF signed a deal with Pailan World Group Complex, which would now provide world-class infrastructure and facilities to players. As per the agreement, the Indian Arrows who finished 9th among 14 teams in last season's I-League will now shift base to Kolkata city for training. Patel further said AIFF is fully committed for a term arrangement of proving infrastructure to its players.
