Sourav Ganguly to Hughes's bowler, Sean Abbott: It's hard, but you have to recover
Sean Abbott, the man who delivered the ball that killed Phil Hughes, is broken and now faces the arduous task of rebuilding his life. Former Indian captain Sourav Ganguly who has himself faced bouncers from the likes of Glenn McGrath and Brett Lee, urged the New South Wales player to recover from the tragic incident. Stating that it is a tough ask, he also added that safety remains a concern as the ball is hard and capable of killing. The sudden and tragic demise of Phil also made Sourav remember his innings at MCG where he was hit hard at the back of his head by a Brett Lee delivery but fortunately survived the blow.
