UP man talks of accidents due to potholes; Moments later rick tumbles behind him

A man from Uttar Pradesh was complaining about the condition of roads in Ballia while speaking with a reporter, when moments later a rickshaw hit a pothole right behind him and tumbled. In the video, the e-rickshaw can be seen hitting a water-filled pothole. Residents then rushed to help the commuters in the rickshaw. The man spotted on camera, Pravir Kumar, then said that accidents like this involving autorickshaws occur at least 20 times a day. Watch this video for more details.
