China wants Russia to hold talks with Ukraine; Putin's personal message for Xi

Former Russian President Dmitry Medvedev met with Chinese President Xi Jinping in Beijing. Medvedev delivered a personal message from Russian President Vladimir Putin to Xi Jinping. Xinhua state news agency revealed that Xi Jinping told Medvedev that China wants to see talks on Ukraine amid the war. He also asked both Russia and Ukraine to exercise restraint amid the war.
