Amid worsening tensions, Russia's Ambassador to the United States has accused Washington of targeting Russian nationals in third countries. Anatoly Antonov said the United States must stop 'hunting' Russians abroad. He pushed back U.S. 'propaganda' on the prisoner swap. He added that Russia has always done its best to secure release of its citizens in American custody. This after a Wall Street Journal report claimed Russia has shown "scant interest" in negotiating prisoner swaps with the U.S. to free its detained citizens. Watch the video.
