The International Court of Justice is investigating human rights violations by Israel in Gaza. Notably, Spain and Israel have been embroiled in conflict since the war in Gaza began. The Spanish PM has repeatedly questioned the legality of Israel's military campaign in Gaza. The latest move could be a fresh trigger for Israel amid strained ties between the two countries.
