A top White House official has called Narendra Modi the most effective leader in the world and said that the United States is not in a position to lecture India. He also said that the U.S. thinks India's stand on Russia is quite "principled." Remember, the U.S. tried to lecture India on Russia relations at the start of the Ukraine war.
