US President Joe Biden & Russian President Vladimir Putin have agreed “in principle” to a summit over Ukraine on one condition. The meet over the crisis can only happen if Russia doesn’t invade Ukraine, said the French presidency. The announcement was first made by the office of French President Emmanuel Macron who had pitched both leaders on a summit over ‘security and strategic stability in Europe’.
