Thirteen people were killed and several injured in a bomb attack on an Air Force bus in Peshawar on Tuesday. A security official said the blast occurred near the Badaber Air Force Base on the outskirts of the city near the Afghanistan border. The bomb was planted on a bridge and went off as the vehicle drove over it. Pakistan has seen a wave of militant violence since July last year and hundreds of people have been killed, including many members of the security forces.
