Dramatic footage shows building collapse on passers-by amidst panic and confusion

Dramatic video emerged on Wednesday showing the moment the earthquake struck in Kathmandu last Saturday. The images taken from a closed circuit surveillance camera show the scene in the Sundhara district of the capital. As the earthquake hits, people realise what's happening amidst confusion and panic, then a building crashes into the road and a man in a cart swerves to avoid it. He avoids the full weight of the building by millimetres and it is not known if he sustained serious injuries from the incident. The earthquake has so far killed more than 6 thousand people.
