Ignorance of Indian law caused problem: Rahat

Pakistani singer Rahat Fateh Ali Khan, who had been detained in New Delhi for carrying huge amount of foreign currency beyond permissible limit, said that it was ignorance of Indian law that caused all the controversial problems. He said that Indian law allows up to $5,000 in cash or $10,000 in traveller's cheques to be taken abroad which was the root of the entire controversy as he was unaware about this law.
