No substantive evidence against Hafiz Jilani

Pakistan's Foreign Secretary, Jalil Abbas Jilani has said that the evidence collected to charge, arrest and convict Pakistan-based Lashkar-e-Taiba founder, Hafiz Saeed is not substantial and hence the government's hands are tied to detain him as the accused mastermind of the Mumbai 26/11 attacks.
