Obama reacts after his credit card was declined at a restaurant

President Obama gave remarks at the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau and told attendees his credit card had recently been declined at a restaurant, forcing the First Lady to pick up the tab. The President added, "they thought there was something fraudulent."
